Vivek Vihar Housing Society — complaint against unauthorized charges

Hi, i am a resident of vivek vihar housing society, sector-82, noida. I want to complaint against the president and their illogical rules to earn money from the society residents. The new president of our society got elected last year and won the elections. Since then he has raised prices for everything. We pay maintenance cost of rs[protected] every month for water, electricity, housekeeping, security and other facilities. Every month president amends a new rule to earn money from us and he force us to give money.
Recently he said that every one has to buy new car parking pass from the society office but when people opposed his this rule then he has given the instructions to main gates security guards that do not let cars enter without new gate pass which is absolutely wrong and illogical. When i already have a pass which doesn't have any expiry then why will i pay for a new pass. This is just a small incident by which he is trying to raise money. There are lot and lot of similar incidents to raise money forcefully from the resident owners. This not only letting us in inconvenience but also it creates lots of other problems. Like i have a very small kid of 6 months of age and i am working mother. It's only me and my husband who lives here and we both are working. We leaves at 7 in morning and comes after 5 or 6 in evening. Security guards stops us in gate and don't let us enter without new gate pass which is so wrong. I request you to please look into this matter and give us a solution so that this president don't misuse the money of society for his personal revenue. He has put the whole society office on rent to different vendors and trying to earn money from every possible way.
