As a student i was looking for online job in lockdown... And suddenly on quickr i saw this companies requirement of filling 1200 forms in 8 days and in return they will give us 30, 000 and will deduct 6, 700rs from this amount as registration fee... If we are able to complete the work with 90% accuracy otherwise we have to pay 6, 700 and in addition with other legal charges as they will take our case to court.
They asked for adhar card, resume and an alternative no. This was the only requirement.
And then they send a pdf of contract.
After all this on the very first day i sent them email saying i'm unable to do this job... Kindly search for someone else.
And i think as a employee or as a applier for job it's my right that if i feel like i'm unable to do this work i can deny for it as neither they have taken any payment nor i have been given any advance.
And what type of job is this they will give only when i'll complete 90% accuracy. They think us fool we will give them our time and they will give us nothing.
They denied that now you have to complete this work or either cancel this work by paying 6, 700 as a loss to our company. And the lawyer who called me was saying that it will be good that you submit 6, 700 first and cancel otherwise your case will be taken to court.
Guys! After all this i was stresses a bit but later i saw at the contract pdf they sent me... There was no sign of me.
Secondly there was no date mentioned on it.
Third there was no clarification of the charges that will be taken and given.
And you know interesting thing the guy who was taking to me didn't know english and even hesitating in speaking in hindi. I'm not saying that you must know english but if this is really a company who is attached with international companies too then they must have confident employers.
Now i'm not gonna waste my time by filling those forms that are totally a waste.
Hope serious action should be taken against these type of companies.
