Complaint against viz technology nr. Sanskriti hall, kheda gujarat

I was looking for a data entry job thinking i could make some money during this covid-19 lockdown as i am badly in need of money for my living.

I applied thru the quickr.com site and i got a call from an operator saying its from viz technology in hindi, asking me if i am interested for form filling job.

She told me i need to complete 1200 forms (Data entry filling) with 90% accuracy and submit within 8 days for which they will pay rs. 25 for each form. It was told that they will deduct rs. 6700 from rs. 30000 after the completion of the work. If you don't achieve 90 % accuracy then no payment
(Thats all). They don't answer more when we ask them in detail...

Thinking i will get at least rs, 23, 500 i asked mention the link address

They send me the website link workfromhomes.in and login account

. They asked a copy of my aadhar card through whatsapp and my address.

After this, a verification call came asking if i had a laptop or android phone to work on, from a so-called higher authority (Mobile no: +91 [protected], [protected]). I agreed on all the terms and conditions on the phone and they provided me with an agreement form on my email with fake imprints and extra conditions they never mentioned on the call.

. I started the work on june 25, 2020, worked for 8 straight days; working 8 x 8 = 64 hours for completing 1200 forms data entry, after doing such hard work they send a report saying qc report failed and i have to pay rs. 6700 or else they will move legally against me,

I understood later only this is a fraudulent site and people sitting there are luring the customers and deceiving them. They have sent 2 pdf files one as an agreement and another as an acceptance letter. The agreement letter itself is fake which i have not signed.

When i asked at least some money for completing 1200 forms in time they said they can't pay money as the qc report failed and instead they are demanding me to pay the money by frequently calling, sending sms, and saying they will go for legal action in the court.

By reading various forums and videos, i got to know that such companies have been running such rackets, making me file this complaint.

Please look into the matter and help me as well as many others who have fallen into this and facing the same problem. Resolve this matter as soon as possible.
