Vizio — Change the Set of 10 LED Light Bulbs from Vizio

Dear Sir, Today[protected] I have recieved the 10 led light bulbs from vizio company but in the packet 2 led lights are break and another 2 led lights are fues only 6 lights are working in properly way so that please know the about how to replacement or returns money.
