VKC Group — poor quality of footwear

To vkc group,
I have purchase vkc make sandle on 20.08.17, and observed at home, we got faulty footware as per attached image, shop person also not inform us, and we are going there for two times @ 15 km away; this is wastage if time.
We can't expect such type of faulty product from vkc.
Vkc shall strict with distributor as well as shop persons and also to be improve internal quality assurance system.
