Today i.e. on 28/10/2015, the delivery boy delivered the refill to us which was booked online. iam confused that every time he gives the delivery he charges 50 Rs. more than the amount mentiond in cash memo. if asked about it he says that he had tp pay that amount to the cylinder people or some body. i dont understand. more over they ask for festival mamools during festivals. what is this? do we have to pay for extra for festivals?
