VLCC Institute — 99481 rupees were taken for conducting the course fraudulently

I enrolled in VLCC Rajinder Nagar Branch Karol Bagh New Delhi 110005 for Beauty Artistry Course on 26 July 2023. After completion of this course, VLCC staff Garima Madam told me about laser course training and said that after doing the laser course you will get a job soon. This course is starting at VLCC-Rajinder Nagar branch at the end of March 2024. Its fee is Rs 99481. I gave 50 thousand rupees in advance to Garima Madam and will pay the rest after the course starts. But Garima Madam said that you have to pay quickly otherwise you will have to go to Faridabad or Noida for laser training. I did not want to take training anywhere else other than VLCC-Rajinder Nagar, so I made the balance payment from my credit card on 05 April, then Garima Madam said that your laser training class will be held at VLCC-Rajinder Nagar at the end of April. Till the end of April, I neither received any call nor any message. Then I called Garima madam and asked when the laser class is starting. Garima madam told me that your class has not started yet. When the class starts, we will inform you. I asked Garima madam to refund my money. She refused to refund. Now I came to know that I have been cheated. VLCC INSITUTE cheated me and took Rs. 99481 from me. Now they are not even giving me a refund.
