Vle Bazaar — Online order placed on 15th Sept 2023, not received yet

Please note that an order was placed of a Philips Headphone worth Rs. 1449/- vide Order NO. 2411887 dated 15th September 2023 on the online portal of Vle Bazaar. Despite numerous complaints on their online webiste, I have not received my order nor my money has been refunded and it has been 6 months since then.

Seek your immediate attention on the abovesaid.
