I have ordered for brand new OnePlus Buds Nord Blue product but I received a defective and used product which is not even working. It was clearly named as Sushil's OnePlus Buds that means it is used by someone else earlier and also the item is not sealed. My order id is 1400297. I want to return this product and want refund. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
