Vle Bazar — Monopoly board game

I had ordered a game called monopoly on 4th of may 2020. I haven't received my order upto now ie 21st of may 2020 and when i call them they don't even care to lift it and tbh i don't know how many times have i called. This company is a fraud. Yet after all these days the order status is pending only. The cost of the game was 650 rupees and i hope i get the refund back soon. Btw there is no option of cancelling the order in the website though they claim they have. Vle bazar is a fraud.
