On[protected] I placed and prepaid order for Philips SHE1505 wired earphones (Two Pieces) amounting to Rs. 448.00 wide Order No. 1625841. Received the product in Damaged condition. Both the packing as well as the products is damaged and defective. Totally unusable.
Since then I am contacting the customer care and have informed them of the same and have also given photographic evidence still they have not given me any refund. Every second day i keep calling then and they keep giving me round answers. Today when I called them one executive said he needs more photographs...what for? and he hung-up abruptly.
Again i called them and one lady replied and said that my refund is under process and that I shall get it in 14-15 days time. and if I don't get it in 14-15 days time payment will be rescheduled. I asked what do you mean by rescheduled? she had no answer.
One more order on same day order No. 1625179 wide which I had ordered two headphones out of which I received one boat headphone damaged and other ONEODIA A71 I have not received at all.
I Informed them immediately. They said they will arrange to deliver. after one week full of follow-up they said they cant deliver and nor are they giving me any refund.
I feel cheated...I am cheated...
