I am Ratnakar K, purchased a Canon Image CLASS LBP2900 Single Function Laser Monochrome Printer Back cost Rs.9159.00 on[protected] order ID 1078737, made online payment[protected] with transaction id- INB/[protected]/RAZORPAY SOFTWARE PVT LIMITED/ Rs. 9159.00 till today I don’t receive the said item.
I had made number calls to your number +91 [protected] operators are responding me, reply it should deliver within two days or three days, lets matter were dragging till today.
I had mail to [protected]@vlebazaar.in for cancelation above purchased product, they had reply to me on[protected] your amount refund within 5 to 7 days, but still today, I didn’t get refund amount.
Hence I am requesting your kind authority make necessary steps to refund my paid amount
