[Resolved]  VM Infotech, Bangaluru — Fraud-Eat Payments

I am also one of the victim of Vicky Malhotra or Irfan Ibrahim Shivani. Vicky has given us 2 projects and he has charged 10 lacs from us. After taking money from our director he was keep promising that project will come. Later on he introduced Abraham Lincoln who is running WAYS2SAVE Consultancy in Bangalore. Abraham Lincoln came to our office and he said he will offer us two projects one is UK Energy Help Line Outbound project and second one is USA E-Commerce Inbound project as per him we have done set up and infrastructure and we have recruited all the employees but nothing happened so far. Vicky/Irfan has taken money and he has transferred money to Abraham Lincoln for our processes out of our money Abraham has paid us just 2, 00, 000 INR and he said your center is not ready with technology so we cannot give you any process.

So guys please beaware of these people because WAYS2SAVE Company in Bangalore running by Abraham Lincoln and Vicky Malhotra Or Irfan Ibrahim Shivani they both are connected with each other and they are running very sharply scam business. Abraham Lincoln will not directly accept the payment but he will take through consultant like Vicky/Irfan and at the end of the day they will give you process to the center and center will hardly survive for 2 motnhs not more than that. So Please i would personally recommend you not to work With WAYS2SAVE company or Abraham Lincoln or Vicky Malhotra or Irfan Shivani they are big big big fraud people in Industry and they are doing very Sharp Fraud Business In Industry.

You are right Mr. Vicky this DSN company have cheated lot of people in market with Data Entry Process. Guys do not work with this DSN guys they are very smart and cruel people who use to cheat with huge amount like 4 to 5 lacs

Yes i agree with you Bhairav singh these DSN have cheated lot of people in market with some data entry process. I personally lost 4 lacs rupees. I paid them 4 lacs in the month of july last year they gave me data entry project but i never received quality report as well as they asked me to pay extra money for quality report.

I would like to urge this forum admin please take a big complain on the name of DSN.

There directors are not able to communicate in english properly. Dushyant and Anurodh are big big scammers in this industry.

I agree with you Bhairav Singh these DSN people also cheated me with 4 lacs last year july. This center has taken the process through a consultant and they never satisfied the quality parameters till today, due to this payment has been stopped, however as a client we have given an option to redo the same work and re-submit with all the quality parameters and even today we are ready to pay for the same.

Also, DSN Infotech has stopped working on this process from 16th October-2013 without any notice to V.M Infotech and as well all of your concerns has been discussed with your consultant.

DSN Infotech also started outsourcing our process without any permission from V.M infotech, which is a major fraud work done by DSN infotech breaking the agreement, where DSN Infotech has collected the money from the outsourced centers in the name of V.M Infotech which has carried over till international centers.

Our legal team will be taking actions for all of the above and will be meeting DSN infotech soon in the court.

Irfan Shivani Or Vicky Malhotra first of all he is using two identities in market so he can play with centers and their money. He is such a big scammer whatever projects he has been outsourced so far no one is happy with his projects infact centers will not survive more than 3 months and then center will close the project. Guys lets take him in the bars becuase he is such a big scammer i have so many evidences against him and recordings so if anyone would like to take him in the bars then post your comments here. His Real name is Irfan Ibrahim Shivani and he is still in Bangalore he has outsourced projects in mumbai, bangalore, chennai, jaipur and so many places but all are dissatisfied. I heard that one complaint also filed against him in jaipur. Lets come together and take him n the court.

I am running vicky malhotra/irfan ibrahim shivani process since past few months however i was ot getting payments on time and he was deducting so many amount from my payment and was stating that just because of quality your payment has been deducted but i have done due diligence and i came to know that he is the only one who is deducting my payment and making his own money. See there are many people behind these scam.

I am totally agreed with Shivdeep what he has to say and his wife name is Sonia and her father is running one Biryani restaurant in kammanahalli area. Vicky/Irfan often visit that restaurant. Sonia is christian and Vicky/Irfan is muslim.

Vicky/Irfan is working with Abraham Lincoln who is running Ways2save Consultnacy Pvt. Ltd. In bangalore. Abraham Lincoln is also biggest fraud in this industry even he doesn't have single genuine process with him so he is just making processes and doing outsourcing and he will never take money directly from center he will take money from vicky/irfan. Abraham Lincoln is having office in bangalore and his partners who are from UK they are taking care of finance and. Even his partners are also not aware that Abraham Lincoln is doing fraud activity in the name of Ways2save Consultancy. If you go and visit his center you might be surprised with the office and Abraham Lincoln might be try to impress you with his office structure and environment but trust me guys do not take any processes from Abraham Lincoln or from Vicky/Irfan they are bloody biggest and sharpest fraud in the industry.

WAYS2SAVE Consuktancy bloody frauds I had taken paid money to Vicky Malhotra or Irfan Ibrahim Shivani for UK EHL Outbound Process. (Energy Help Line). I paid 1, 60, 000/- INR in his account and 80, 000/- INR he has taken cash amount from me. I would like to share my experience with Ways2save Consultancy. I deal with them in 2 process.For details see below. UK Energy Help Line Outbound project I had taken this process from Ways2Save 18th May 2015 and as he said first send us the travelling expenses and then after verification you can deposit the remaining amount. They told me that your Process is confirmed and documentation work is done, so by 1st week of June your center will be live. I got the confirmation by their end, I hired new employees and change my center for new project. On 12 June, 2015, my staff and center was ready. I was waiting for revert from Ways2Save Consultancy. Suddenly, I got a call from Abraham Lincoln Who is a Director In Ways2save Consultancy Bangalore, he told me that it will take 2 weeks more as all the other center are lined up and sign up will be held according to that. I waited but nothing happened, he again gave me another date for verification. Whole June passed out but still nothing happened. This time the excuse was that the company in Mumbai Thane was expecting the USA E-Commerce Inbound project trainers so that's why your verification is getting delayed. Abraham Lincoln will be travelling to Mumbai for training discussion. I had no more tolerance power left, I called them. Vicky Malhotra or Irfan Ibrahim Shivani both are are identities he picked the phone and told me that be ready for verification in Chandigarh center. After verification Abraham Lincoln Wife Priya will come and she will be give training for 15 days and that would be paid training. So be calm and wait for your turn. As I had no other way I waited for his call. Finally, on 8th July they went for verification with Wasim Shaikh & Raheel Kahn told me that the process verification is done. On 9th July Irfan/Vicky said that now you can contact Abraham Lincoln and he will inform you other things. So on 10th July i tried to call Vicky Malhotra/Irfan Ibrahim Shivani on his numbers 91-[protected] & 91-[protected] but both the number were switched off and till date his numbers are not working. Ways2save Consultancy history Ways2save Consultancy is started by Abraham Lincoln and Helene Kenny CFO & Paul Green CEO matter of fact (Paul Green & Helene Kenny) is not aware that what Abraham Lincoln is doing scam business in market. Later Abraham Lincoln founds that outsourcing industry is booming up and decided to enter BPO outsourcing industry and lets make other fool and collect the money from them. There are 2 FIR launched against Vicky/Irfan in Jaipur Mansarovar Thana Rajasthan.He also cheated 2 centers in Mumbai One is in Thane and second one is in Vashi both centers have paid huge upfront ho Abraham Lincoln and vicky/irfan since last 8 months these centers are keep waiting for project but nothing has started yet. My name is Estela Mutuc i am from California. I have paid 4, 60, 000.00 INR to Vicky Malhotra for some USA E-Commerce Inbound Campaign in the month of April. I came India in the month of January and i paid him 1, 00, 000.00 cash In Mumbai and remaining amount $6000.00 USD I paid in the month of March via wire transfer in his account by the name of Irfan Ibrahim Shivani which is his second identity. Vicky or Irfan said that he is having some reference centers in Mumbai. He took there and he said we have outsourced some projects in mumbai and many other cities. When we went in mumbai that centers was working but they was not working on Vicky/Irfan projects. When i came again in the month of 17th April i called vicky/irfan to meet us and let us know how the things will going to start he said he will let us know about technical set up and training schedule. We were planning to stat our center in Manila philippines he has given us assurance that your training will going to start soon and trainers will be there soon. But now since long his numbers are switched off and he is not responding to our mails nor on skype. We have done Due Diligence and we came to know that he is a biggest fraudster in India and he has cheated many centers in India. I am trying to tracing him but i am in USA so not able to get my hold on him. However i will file law suit in Indian and American Embassy for cheating. I also spoke with Abraham Lincoln regarding this earlier and he also promised me that project will going to start soon. But at last he is also a scammer and now he is also not responding to our mails.

Please dont work with him and if anyone has been cheated by Vicky then please let me know because i have evidences that i have paid him money and he said that project will going to start. He is such a big fraud and do not work with him.

Vicky Malhotra has another idenetity that i came to know when he asked me to transfer the funds in his account as a consultancy fees. He sent me his Banking details with the name of Irfan Ibrahim Shivani so then i came to know that he is having double identity. He has taken $7500.00 USD from us and he has given some UK Eagle Survey outbound project. We started that process and we been involved for 2 months but no payments has been released when finally i was planning to go for legal action then Abraham Lincoln who was associated with Ways2save Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore and he said that your payment will be going to release soon but he also made me fool for so long and then when i contacted my local contacts in India then he paid me only $3000.00 USD. but that was after 3 months. Guys i have wasted my time and money behind these people so i would personally recommend you not to work witn Vicky Malhotra/Irfan Ibrahim Shivani or Abraham Lincoln who is running Ways2save consultancy pvt. ltd in bagalore.

They are really money maker from innocent people i am in Egypt so i am not able to do anything but however i have received just peanut amount from these fraudsters and Mr. Vicky Malhotra/Irfan Ibrahim Shivani didn't want to pay us anything but i have some contacts in India and from them i got my money back. So dont invest on their projects because all projects are fake and even if they show you the payment proof from UK client still dont believe because they are playing very sharply with new centers.
