I Mr. Rajeshkumar Kanoujia and my sister Mrs. Babita Kanoujia has bought 2 plots each. We paid the regular monthly installments. After paying for 2 years we identified that there is something fishy and we took decision of plot cancellation.
We filled the form and submitted all the original documents. It is now 3 years we are struggling to get our hard earned money back.
Whenever we visit their office they keep on giving new dates but nothing happens.
When we warn them to raise a complaint with police they do not fear. Infact they say we have lawyers who can take care.
They simply laugh on us.
Can anyone help us to get our money back.

I bought 2 plots in Vihang city project in Sarang puri Shahpur on March 2012. They said that the plots will be NA in six month and then the allotment process will start. & after 1 year I will get 7/12.
I paid one time payment then approached them to provide me the status and show me the papers of development. They did not show me at all neither responded well. Mr. dhiraj & Mr. santosh cheated & left job from their.I visited Majiwada office they said after compilation 7 years you got possession which mentioned in agreement but now neither they received call or not given any information
Can anyone help me out on this?
