Vmmc & Safdarjang Hospital — Death certificate

I lost my mother on 13th July 2021 in Safdarjung ICU ward. I was given a death slip and assured that death certificate will be apply by the MRD department and within 21 day's you can collect the death certificate from NDMC. when I went to MRD department they told me that case file is still not received then I went to ICU ward and they said on 18th July they have transferred all the documents to general ward. Till now unit incharge didn't get time to have a look at it and sign it and it is still keep pending without any reason.
From last 10 day's I am requesting him but he didn't have time to look at it.
I am still waiting for my mother death certificate, I just could imagine now how much poor innocent people will get suffer by this attitude of government hospital.
It's time to take strong action and they have to be liable, I mean they can not exploite common people like this.
