registration amount not refunded(am201875734)

I have made the payment for Gold plan 1 from Paytm for Rs.2100 on July 14 2018. I took the project by paying money from Paytm. The 300 pages for 30 days was given and it is highly not possible to achieve as we need to work nearly 15 hrs per day to achieve it and after typing so much we are getting quality report with more errors that is less than 60%. After requesting so much for refund of my money, No reponse for my E-mail to the company....

No Payment for work done / Unachievable accuracy

Yes. it is true. the accuracy that this company is demanding is impossible to achieve. you can make only 25 errors when you type 200 pages, because one spelling mistake is calculated as 1% error. So, 25 spelling mistakes will make it 25% error.
and each page has more than 1000 words. Whatever it is, even if you make errors, typing those 200 pages is a lot of hard work. Unless you work 8-10 hours a day, it is not possible to finish...

Recently, i have completed my work and submitted and got my accuracy report with full errors and they have asked to submit again to get new accuracy report and got the report recently with above 75% accuracy and mentioned as rework.

When i asked about this they are saying, you have emailed it once again and it will be treated as rework and said, i have asked you to submit only not to email the file, so i can't do anything....

V.N Multipath Services is a fraud company. This company always trying to prove that they are genuine either showing by their site or by agreement but still it is a fraud company. This company tells that they give us 3 chances in which we have to maintain 75% accuracy but when I submit my work first time, they told me that I gained less than 75% accuracy that`s why they returned me work for re-work.
