Purchased bose sound link mini bluetooth speaker. Received a totally fake product. Cheap chinese product. Cheap plastic build. Battery does not lasts more than half an hour even after charging more than 3 hours. Need a return but the website is not opening. Purchased it from fabindia.com but it shows the product is from vnaaz. Fabindia shows invalid account while trying to login.

Vnaaz is completely a fraudster i already raised complaint for the same issue, also i called customer care but is is of no use.
I wonder how they advertise in Youtube still now. i need a way to sue the website. Please help me how can i raise complaint about these type of fraudster websites.
