Vodafone — asking money for noc

Sir/ madam
I long back complained on Fini technology that they kept wrong allegations on me ur team cleared it
Saying that they won't call me
But now some person called me saying he z calling from consumer complaint and asking me to pay 3500 for giving Noc certificate from company can I know whether it z true or not
As I am not able to pay money to the company I came for help
And now u ppl also asking money
Plz say me Wat to do if this z not done by ur company plz take action against
