Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Vodafone Idea (Vi) for the unjustified billing and harassment I am facing despite having already settled all dues on my account. Below are the details of my complaint:

Issue Details:

I had requested Vodafone Idea to block my number after settling all outstanding dues. However, instead of blocking the number, the company has erroneously generated a new bill, claiming an outstanding amount of Rs. 368.
I have already cleared all dues for the services used, and there are no outstanding payments pending from my side.
I have been repeatedly threatened with legal action despite the fact that I do not owe any amount to the company.
Harassment:

I have received legal notices threatening criminal action, which I believe to be fraudulent and without merit. The demand for payment is completely baseless, as I have already cleared the outstanding dues and requested the telecom company to block the number.
Request for Action:

I request TRAI to intervene and resolve this issue. Vodafone Idea (Vi) should be directed to correct their records and stop sending these fraudulent and threatening notices.
I also request that TRAI ensure that no further harassment or legal threats are issued against me regarding this matter.
I have attached all relevant details and previous communications with Vodafone Idea for your reference. Please investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the telecom company for their failure to provide correct services and causing undue harassment to me.
