Hi i am Ankit, Vodafone user of no. [protected]. On 2 Feb Vodafone deducted 75₹ from my account without any information when i called them they said me i have downloaded something and have surf the site and the time given by him was 1:20 at that time i was in office and not possible to surf internet and i already have internet balance in my account. The guy registered my complaint and said i will recieve my bal back with 24hrs the complaint num [protected]. When i didn't recieve my bal back almost till 48hrs i tried to call them bt they baared my num to contact to cstmer care registered this complaint for 5-6 times but no action taken. When i callex them from different num guy said my request is in still in process will get call.
I recieved another and was sd will get my bal back witin 72 hrs. No bal recived almost after a week. Again called to cstmr srvc nt able to connect from my no. As it is barred to call cstmer srvc tried to cont with different no. And dey sd nt able to return my funds bck as it ws genuine charges. They are keep on making me fool tht i surfed a charged site i askex which site ws tht nt able to tell me they think tht all people are fool nt getting to my pounts tried to mk them understand on the given time by them i dint use my phone and i already have internet pack. And the guy was providing different no. To contact and said i am not able to do anything.
Fraud Vodafone loosing its customer by doing this type of chirkutai...
