Yet another mess up by Vodafone here is the complete description
of the issue.
Two months ago on 24th November or 23rd
November I got my 3g plan plan activate which was 500mb @ Rs 100 for 2 bill
cycles and later on that will be Rs 150 for 500mb.
I used the 3g for 1st bill cycle and the result
was satisfactory and the bill was under control below 600 which is acceptable
and fine for me.
Now here is the fuss I used the 3g plan for 2nd
month exactly the same way and the bill shows up 1581/- which is totally not expectable
and was shocked to see the bill, immediately called up the support and informed
about the same and ask them to deactivate the plan.
I called the support at 198 for total 3 times and will
describe the conversation as follows.
1st call:-
There was lady which was soft spoken and which I felt had knowledge and she took my request
to deactivate the plan and informed me that the plan will be deactivate in next
4hrs and once that plan is deactivated I can enable the new plan, I was ok with
it and was waiting for the plan to get deactivated. She also mentioned the bill
was generated today and she had no updated records I mentioned that will deal
will that later once I have the bill in hands. So that’s all from her end.
2nd call:-
This was a call with an extraordinary multitalented guys
which speaks in Hinglish and Hindi his name was “Sivtej Vijaykumar Kalubarme”
who had no clue what is the process and what are the protocols, I asked him to check
if the plan is deactivated, he took some time and once he was back he said that
the plan will get deactivated tomorrow as the request went into “Exception”
which I am not sure and this guy was very rude and god knows who hired him for
the customer support profile.
He then was yelling at me “Aap bar bar wohi wohi puch rahe ho” I have the right to ask if I am
not clear the previous lady said 4hrs and he said tomorrow, is she working in a
different Vodafone organization the information should match which both the executives.
I made him calm and then asked him for his details and he was not ready to give
his identity.
Please check the attached screenshots I have not got the Rs
100 plan deactivated and that shameless guy has activated Rs 650 plan for 3gb, WHO ASKED HIM TO ACTIVATE THE PLAN???
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE 500MB PLAN WHO ASKED HIM TO ACTIVATE THE PLAN???.
I want a proper explanation on this and why the bill for
this month is 1581/- On a serious note I won’t be paying the bill unless there
is proper justifications.
3rd Call:-
Utter useless call who is not sure what he was doing, he
took request to deactivate the Rs 650 plan and I am still waiting and he said
charge for One day will be applicable WHY????? Who asked to activate???? I won’t
be paying a single penny who guys are making a fuss and why should I pay. This
will escalated to a higher management.
Please let me know
if this is not possible from your end will follow a different way to get this
FIXED.
