[Resolved] Vodafone — Incorrectly paid for unknown service

Incorrectly paid for unknown service - MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G
I don't know why vodafone is doing this to their valuable old customers.
They are deducting this Rs.850 from my mobile postpaid bill for last two months.
Now I have no choice but to discontinue the service - as I has to pay 4 to 5 times more payment for the service, that I never applied activated.

Its the promo offer that costs Rs.850 and the amount is deducted at the end by giving discount Rs.-850. Checked my bill again and my confusion resolved.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by milan_1 Look the bill carefully.
Vodafone has returned the promo amount back by giving -850 back at the end of bill computation.
