Dear Sir,
Recently i have received my post paid bill dated 21/02/2015 (for the period 21/01/15 to 20/02/15) showing the excess use of 3G data in my bill amounting to Rs. 710.14. In comply with that, last on 23rd Feb at 15.58 hrs i make contact with customer care and came to know that, last on 20th Feb (20/02/15) i have crossed my limit & use excess data of 239.81 MB.
Whatever it is in fact on 20th Feb the 3G balance in my account was 942.70 MB (at 10.30 Am) not only that it was confirmed by vodafone customer care representative "Sumi Chakraborty" ( at 10.30 am on 20th Feb 2015). Also conveyed the message that, on 21st Feb 2015 1GB will be renewed. on 21st Feb 2015 i had 702.89 MB remaining in my account.
i have emailed them 2 times at corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com & vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com. my service registration number is [protected] & [protected]. but they are trying to ignore the fact.
So taking consideration of the fact based on fundamental ground, i would fervently request you to make an unethical grievances conveyed to me on baseless ground with a question, why would i pay the amount which is accountable to me
