I am one from the list o[censored]nfortunate customer of Vodafone. My mobile no is [protected] Relationship no. 5.28722.00.00.100727. Coming to the issue I received my vodafone bill and a part of the bill stats that I have subscribed for the service d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 and got charged for Rs 99. I have few queries regarding the same:
1) When did I subscribed for the service.
2) From which website/forum I subscribed for the service.
3) Did I confirmed that I requested to subscribe for the service, If yes Why didn't vodafone send me any confirmation message as this service is provided by Vodafone only.
As I called your customer care executive for the same problem and the way I got response I just do not want to get into that. I have been told to write this email to this email address if I have to get any sort of details.
If you go through google and search for d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9, its a shame that the whole page comes up with the customers complains against Vodafone in various ConsumerForum. Which itself stats that how much vodafone care about its Brand value.
I just want to get this subscription removed from the plan. And secondly give me the above requested details and resolve this problem as I did not subscribe for this service.
