Dear Sir/Madam,
I am too much irritated with the service from Vodafone. This is the third time you have deducted money from my main balance. Whenever I keep balance more than 50 Rupees, you start to deduct money without any notification. Whenever I call customer care, they say that this have been deducted from a Third Party Vendor as you have downloaded 'Something'. But I am not an amature customer who is novice to Internet use. I have used internet from all vendors (Reliance 3G, Airtel 3G, Aircel, Tata Docomo) but I didn't get this kind of nuisance from any of them.
First Vodafone suddenly deducted Rs.49/- and when I called customer care, they couldn't satisfy me as they are trying to convince me that I might have downloaded something where I hadn't downloaded anything from any chargeable site. After that I didn't recharge more than Rs.50/- for few days. Everything was fine. Then again when I recharged more than Rs.50/-, Vodafone again deducted Rs.49/- . Again same story was given by Customer care executive.
Now, Everything crossed the limit. I had a balance more than Rs.200. Then on 17.02.2015 they deduced Rs.99/- again. I called customer care and talked to Mr. Subhadip Das. He told me that it was deducted at 12:10 AM while I downloaded something from internet. BUt unfortunately, I was sleeping then. How can it be possible? And then I requested him to transfer the call to Senior Executive. I talked to Mr. Madan Ghosh. He also repeated the same and disappointed me. I requested him to escalate the call to any Senior or any technical Person who can resolve my issue but he behaved very badly and cut my call. I want a thorough investigation why this kind of repetitive deduction of balance is going on. Should I not keep balance of more than Rs.50 to stop you from deducting money abruptly? I didn't expected this kind of worst service from Vodafone. I came to Vodafone via Portability from Reliance. I think I need to go there again.
Thank you very much!
