Vodafone India — Added extra amounts to my bill for internet. Bag customer Sevice

I am vadafone post-paid user from last 5 years and my whole family is using vodafone connection in my name.From last 4 months I got very bad experience from Vadafone and from there customer care executives.4 months back I got call from vodafone executive offering a special offer saying we are giving unlimited 3g offer for Rs 300 mention the reason that I am special customer.So I conversed form 1GB 3g pack for 250 to unlimited 3g pack for rs 300.But later i understood that it is not 3g unlimited, but 3g speed limit to 3GB data after that 2g speed.But on Feb month bill I got unexpected amount. They added 650 for internet and extra 99 mention some download charge. When I called customer care they said my previous offer is for valid for 2 months only (This limit is nor mentioned while giving the offer) and original value of the pack is 650 that was added in my bill. and Rs 99 for they are saying I had used some site which extra chargeable (How i can identify this. There was no alert provided). When Icalled informed my concerns they said they raise the request for reducing amount and this will happen in next. My usage is less 1000MB only. I askes revert to my original pack of 1 GB for rs 250 and they have taken that request too. But when I got march bill, they again added extra added Rs 650 current internet usage instead of reducing. Only reduction they made is extra download charges rs 99+tax, but for current bill added another extra download charges for 75. I again raised the issues and registered issues also. Today they called and informed they cant do anything in very bad way.Now vodafone usage became horrible.Please help me for this issue...[protected]Kerala
