My Vodafone Postpaid connection has been barred of out going calls, the reason for that they has said is Address Verification Negative;. I didnt receive any calls, no one came to my residence and none came to my office address as well. I have raised the request thrice and every time address verification is negative; without even being verified. Thank you Vodafone your are providing a excellent pseudo customer service, I felt you guys had an excellent network coverage but this is really pissing me off. I have no intention to put my complaint here, but my out going is barred and you guys have a very good customer service; who care very little about customer and what is their issue. Is your customer service policy like, get the customer, give him the bill and only ask him when he doesnt pay the bill; whatever happens to the customers connection in between is not your problem. I hope not, I have provided my service registration number below and contact me asap.
