[Resolved] Vodafone India — Amount Deducted from account but no recharge get.

I am Sweta Agarwal, I recharged one of the Vodafone no. i.e., [protected] on 16.02.2015 for Rs.222/- which is showing in my bank account in Narration "TO TRANSFER INB Vodafone VODAFONE Payment" and in Ref. No. "BSBI[protected]IG00PNKWK8 Transfer to[protected]" but no amount has been recharged in my phone balance. Thereafter I called Vodafone customer care, they assured me that the amount will be credited to my bank account and I have to make a fresh recharge which I have done with the same amount, i.e., Rs. 222/- on the same date. Till date my bank account has not been credited with the amount.

With a online chat, Vodafone person resolved by issue and after that I got my money back in my account. Thanks for the suggestions
