Vodafone India — balance reducing unknowingly

Address: SK Heritage FL no 7 Dhanori Road Vishrantwadi, 411015

I am currently in germany and carrying my prepaid sim, monthly international roaming rental 99 deducting each month it is fine. But since from past 2months my balance got deducted unknowingly. Not sure for what reason i tried to lodge a complaint but they said you clicked on link for the reason balance got deducted. Now again from past 2days it is reducing my balance

The above sim has been lost and the lost has been reported and sim is blocked. now I wish to surrender the sim. you please block the sim permanently so that no bill is further generated in my name
