My name is IMAM and my number is [protected]. On 8th February 2015 for a ISD call for 10sec they charged Rs100. I have made a complaint about that. But these people promised me to refund that amount agreeing that is a fraud call. I made 5 times calls to customer care 4 times they said balance will be refund in 1 hour, but 5th time they told to me we are sorry we cant revert that amount.
