Sir/Mam,
I'm a Vodafone customer. My prepaid no. is [protected].
Recently, two days back I recharged Netpack of ~300 Rs at this number.
I'm not able to communicate with my contacts due to sudden network unavailability on my number.
I contacted at 198, and [protected] also to solve the issue somehow. .. but they are saying that my sim is not of any use now. On asking them the reason, a lady told that she don't have any reason why this happened. A man told that My docs are not complete!!. Though to bring to your kind notice sir, my sim is not a new one rather it is one year old, bought in 2014..
You are requested to kindly take some action in this matter.. & provide me with my no. Along with the facilities I recharged. .!!
