Vodafone India — Call rates

Dear all, i am using vodafone number [protected] from last 3 years onwards, but they are not given a best call rates, & last 6 months back i have spoken with customer care & they will given best price but now again they are changed call rates without information today i have called to customer care spoken with Mr. Akhil he his telling that it not possible to give a best price it seems.
