Vodafone Customer Service is really a poor outcome. There Collection
Department contacted me and told that my billing cycle is 7th feb, 2015
where as with me the bill says it is 21 feb, 2015. The first time they
contact I told them it is not the correct information please check this
information. And that person said to me yes I will but next time again
they contacted me thrice and told that your bill is not paid yet and
your bill due date is 7 feb, 2015. As the last person is no help again
told the new executive please check this information but they contact
again and said so one more time that your due date is 7 feb, 2015.
Ridicules service's then asked him to give the phone to senior person
after putting me on a long hold he told me there is no one available
they will contact after wards. As I insist a lot he put me to some
senior which do not have the manner to talk to the customer. Bad
experience and on call no complain number they provide and the last
senior just hung up on me and disconnected the call. Finally talked to
the Nodal department as they are also not able to provide the regional
manager email address also. Understand the fact they can not talk but at
least they can access to email. After a lot of hassle got the request
number[protected] don't know what action they will take but NO COMPLAIN
number is generated in whole process.Poor Customer Services. Disha
