[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Charged extra and unnecessarily !!

Hi.. This is not the 1st time that I am having issues with Vodafone. This time, I was in roaming for almost a month and I was not getting the 3G network as I have Rs 650 (Unlimited) plan activated on my number, so I called customer care to complain about the same and I was told that we do not have 3G network in most of the cities in MP however we have tie-up with Idea and Airtel, so you can manually select the Idea network and enjoy the 3G services and I did the same. When I received my bill, I got to know that I have been charged Rs 531.30 extra for GPRS (Idea network which I used in Roaming). I again called the Vodafone customer care and I was told that the charges of Rs. 531.30 will not be removed as using any other network in Roaming is always chargeable which I was not told earlier.
