Yesterday 9 March. I subscribed 500MB data pack in my number. Usually. I receive warning message regarding my net usage. But this time, I didn't received any message and suddenly they taken my balance amount. I call Customer care and spoke to Kartik regarding my issue but he disconnected my line instead of resolving my issue, again i called your customer care. one of your agents promised for call back today, but still i didn't receive any follow-up call back on this. I tried to call customer call number now but they have blocked my number to reach customer care. Shame on you guys. You guys doesn't no how to treat customer. you guys are robbers cheaters and etc...I will post in all social network regarding my issue untill i receive proper resolution on this.
