For the past month, i have been following up with vodafone customer care regarding levying o[censored]ndue charges on my Vodafone Number. My complaint reference number is [protected]. When i called Customer care, they told me that they cannot provide information as mine is a corporate number, so i need to write email to vodafone.
I have been following up on email with vodafone, but still they are not resolving the issue even after they have acknowledged that these charges were unjustified and unaccounted for. They could not provide me the itemized details of these charges. In the bill generated by them, the charge have been added to total amount without any details.
From all this, I have learned one thing, vodafone would deliberately levy these charges on customer account. As most people do not have habit of verifying their bills, they end up paying these charges. This is a deliberate act of fraud by vodafone. I told a some of my friends and when they checked their bills, there were charges similar to this. Therefore, please check your bills before payment
Mine is a new number taken just 5 months back and they have levied approximately 148 in October bill and 372 in November bill excluding service tax.
As there is no resolution from vodafone and it seems they do not have the intention to resolve this as well, i have no option but to close my Account with Vodafone. Was this information helpful? |
