I am post-paid Vodafone customer since over 3 year, never ever call to call center or their support team for normal issues but since 3rd Feb 2015 I started facing major network issue in Wazirabad, Delhi area and for same I raised multiple complaints, received a call from your network team they said it will take time to resolve so if you want then port the number and i was surprised when the same response got from your customer support officer. They openly said issue cannot resolve now and it will take few more months so it’s up to you if want to port the number.
My phone is become a gaming phone while at home, without using services I am paying internet and tariff monthly rental. I am very disappointed with the kind of service you are providing.
