I have been using vodafone service for more then 10years now and it's very disappointing to have this kind of experience.
I was offered free subscription of amazon prime by vodafone on mobile and was using it from last 1 year. As the year got completed, it got deactivated last week. but without my approval it has been reactivated by vodafone and the charges(Rs.846) for it has been added to my billed amount.
If I wanted to activate the service again, I would had done it myself. It is unacceptable that without my permission it has been activated and amount added to my bill.
Forcing customer to have a service which they don't require will affect the loyalty towards your brand.
The above same thing was written to vodafone corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com last week but no response till date.
When I tried to explain the same thing to vodafone customer care(199), they just refuse to understand and asked me to call later. When I sad that I will raise a complain against you he said sure you can do that.
This kind of service makes me feel that Its better to change to some other service provider. Also now days vodafone internet does not work properly. DAY by DAY the service is becoming worst. Was this information helpful? |
