[Resolved] Vodafone India — Complaints about the plan changes

This is to inform you that, recently I have changed my Corporate mobile plan from Vodafone Prepaid to Vodafone Postpaid Connection Number ([protected]).
I had a discussion with one of the vodafone executive who has provided me information about E_Connect_3G_375_New Corporate plan and after getting all the details I agreed to submit the relevant documents.
Once it has been verified and activated to vodafone, I came to know that my plan is activated to 199 CMC plan.
I am really surprised to see this change as I was not informed about unexpected change.
This is affecting my day to day work as I am not having agreed facilities on my phone. I would really like to get this change to E_Connect_3G_375_New Corporate plan as soon as possible.
Looking forward to hear back from you as soon as possible.
I want to Change My Plan Corporate CMC199 to E_Connect_3G_375_New Corporate Plan In My Vodafone Number [protected].
i sended the mail corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com but no reply last 4 to 5 Days.
