Complaint regarding the bill amount of vodafone postpaid number. I have been charged extra of 1490/- inspite of not having so much usage.in the month of april i was charged 1490/- in the month of march i was charged rs 577/-. Every month the amount is just increasing. Also i visited the vodafone store twice to change port my number to prepaid number but everytime they just gave an excuses. Please if you could resolve my issue as early as possible. I don't even get to see the usage of every month no detail is being provided so that i could understand the usage details. Everytime i have recieved a bad service from vodafone. Hoping to resolve my problem soon

    I want to complaint against vodafone and file case against them. They suspended my calls for no reason. I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel and i made the payment of rs 70 on 22/02/2020 at goregoan west vodafone store. Firstly they suspended my outgoing calls and sms. I tried to contact both the service provider. They didn't resolved. Now number suspended. Called airtel customer care and they said it's suspended by vodafone. I called vodafone customer care.. They are saying there is no balance pending. No one solved the issue. Today i'm not able to call /sms and even not able to do banking transaction. I hope it will be resolved.

      I had recharged my phone [protected] in nov for a year unlimited for a year and it was showing rs -15.39 for it since 1 week so my wife recharged it with 48 or 49 with her union bank card yesterday still its not allowing me to make a single call. I have tried to call vodafone customer service as well as complains no but no one is responding so would like to raise a complaint against vodafone as everytime when i ry to call it is giving me nos to recharge again which means everyone is trying to make the best. If action is not taken i have escalated the fact as had complained against bharti axa for duping me for an amt of 70 to 75 thousand in my messages o facebook as have been given the permission by sir uddhav thakre ji to even upload my videos as am connected with shiv sena i too have my video on youtube (Satish bhogle) as am a member of bhagwan jain viklang sanstha an ngo which fits free jaipur foot, gives callipers, walkers as well as other things to physically challenged people since 25 yrs, [ satish bhogle ]

        It has been 6 days Vodafone internet speed has slowed down in our locality. When dialing costumer care number no body is picking the phone. Speed has decreased to 20- 30 kbps.

          I had accidentally activated vodafone red x plan it was activated by mistake
          I also tried calling but no help form your end as you can see it was the phase of lockodown so everything was shut even your vodafone store i had no other options to contact and i haven't activated any of your subscriptions however i don't feel comfortable paying 3000/- as an exit fee.
          Due to lockdown i m not unable to pay this penalty

            Dear sir/ madam, i am shareholder of vodaphone company and postpaid ex customer too. I have port my number to airtel due to poor range issues at my location as on 12.12.2019. After so many months vodaphone company says that my outstanding was rs.202.18. When i had port my number i have cleared my all previous bills with extra payment of rs.100 as per guidance of gallary person. However company has communicated me regarding this outstanding in the month of april 2020. You have send me link however since i have port this number, i am unable to make the payment. Vodaphone gallary is closed due to lock down. Please let me know how should i make payment? If payment not done, as per your message company will block my number. Is it justice with the customer? I am receiving call daily for this issue once i go for payment (" press one etc.) call gets disconnected automatically. Is it customer's fault?
            This is my business contact number. I am ready to pay as per record outstanding is, however the way company is behaving with customers is not correct. Guide me.

              I haven't activated any games portal in my phone.. I had recharged my number few days back and it had more than rs. 100 as balance and now the balance is rs.4. Your customer care is the worst service i have come across.. Im never able to contact your executive for any of my complaints.. If this goes on, i'll need to port my sim.. Deactivate the games portal as soon as possible.

              This has happened recently to me as well as with ever member of my family. Vodafone has been doing it again and again with different reasons when you don't even take their services. Sometimes they put some ### caller tune, next they charge you for god knows what games. I want a refund Vodafone.

              Everytime vodaphone is sending a reply here about talking to their customer care support because they can't reach you. The only thing they say is that they can't initiate a refund then how is this helpful? They can't reach you but they can deduct your balance without your concern. Wtf, We want our refund back Vodafone.
              This happened with me also. I didn't requested for any access to Handset Inbuilt Games. If you keep deducting balance like this then balance will be 0 in no time.
              Vodafone has deducted balance ₹25 for Handset Inbuilt Games without any concern.
              I think vodafone is doing again and again from so many people and to avoid this for other people we need stand and make our voice big.
              So please use social media to highlight this issue and make people aware of this.

              I'm here just to let you all know that it's new gimmick of company to generate revenue via these tricks...I was also looking for the solution of the amount charged without consent. After searching online here n there I tried calling customer service and asked them about whole process of charging rs. 25 to customer...so they explained quite well about the playstore thing...in playstore settings if you look into payment tab there's a option of VI billing .. which is causing all these mess. So if you're having auto update on they'll charge you for downloading some contacts related to gaming. But in my case it wasn't active so I insisted to complaint about all this and asked for refund... And they simply agreed. So reach out to customer care number they'll refund you the amount.
              Every month it is deducted 25 rupees and with no reason.please deactivate this thing.

              I didn't subscribe any service!!

              Everytime when I recharging the main balance, vodafone connecting my number with different services that i didn't choose and all the time is taking the money from my balance. It's absolutely cheating deal from the company!
              At the VI office executive can't do anything as well, coz no VAS service at my number.

              This faking service continue from 1, 5 years, every time little by little. Could you please resolve this issue or I will apply to other bigger authorities.

                Vodafone idea ltd (India) falsely claims to have international roaming service in bangladesh. Whereas they do not have any network coverage in bangladesh. I am one loyal subscriber of vodafone postpaid service since 2018. My number is [protected]. Attracted by there claim of having international roaming service in bangladesh, i activated an add-on pack of inr 149 to my existing pack to avail the facilities while travelling to bangladesh on 17th feb, 2020. Since then i am paying additional inr 149 per month to the existing tariffs but i am unable to enjoy the services. I have written to them via mail but nobody replied to that. I do have all the mail correspondances with me.

                  I have been calling helpline number for last 3 days. The executives say that someone will call me from network team. I have had this false promise for 3 times now. No one does call.

                      I did not make any isd calls and i am charged rs.1080 for the same. My usual bill amount is 550-570 and this time it's rs. 1866!
                      Local calls he mushkil se connect hotey hai due to network issues and isd calls ki baat kar rahe hai.
                      Also i have no relatives/friends or anyone out of india so there's no chance that i'd make an isd call. This is seriously very frustrating. What kind of billing system do you guys have? Customer care says it cannot be reversed. So bad support and very poor service. Extremely disappointed and planning to port my service provider now.

                          And for over 1+ years i have faced internet issues in delhi.

                          Now this is happening in gurgaon also.

                          Why? Fix it asap. I pay every month on an average to amount worth inr 1200/month despite having inr 399/month and still you guys don't take of it. Why so?

                            Overbilled on my vodafone contact no [[protected]] when asked the customer care got a reply that calls were made on nos 56000 for 1hr 20mins duration. However no such calls were made. My billing average bill amount has been 8 time more. Please clarify, the billed amount is 3323 which is not practically possible as the phone is used for just basic 10-15 mins of calling on regular daily contact numbers. Need help and create awareness about vodafone.

                                  To make money vodafone is doing some fraud activities in there business in india by activating vas services in user mobile number without any authorization from the user.

                                  They activated ts_how2vidw service in my mobile number without any request from my side and they are telling i was requested by the user and one more thing i identified they do this activation immediate after i do recharge every time.

                                  I had a word with a customer care executive. She said your money will refund to you with in 24 hrs but its almost 48 hrs now still they did not refund money/balance.. I called couple of times to vodafone customer care executive and each and every time i have to explain my problem fully and clearly to the executive. I don't see any corporate process like giving compliant id/user request id. It avoid the issue explanation process each time from user side and even it is easy to track the status of the issue from the executive side..

                                  I know the whole world is fighting with the hidden enemy (Corona virus), and lot of people in the country has zero income from last one month and most of the people in the country is running their family with half income.

                                  During this time every single rupee is important for the middle class people.

                                  Hope vodafone will understand the customers problems and resolve my issue by refund amount/balance to my mobile number asap.

                                  And i'm hoping vodafone will not do this with any other customer... Because it's not a new issue... I have already seen similar issue in consumer complaints site and again they are repeating..

                                    After being a loyal customer for many years and have paid my bill on regular basis I was unable to pay the bills of this month because I haven’t received my payment which I informed them on call also, still they disconnected my Mobile service in this pandemic

                                      My monthly plane is 399 with all tax 475 rs
                                      This month bill new plane charge added but
                                      I had not upgraded any plane then how my extra bill added?

                                      I am regular on time bill payment filled customer i tried many time to contact with customer care i didn't get any response?
                                      I didn't get satisfied with my queries.

                                      Plane changed issue is not mine? How i face thi in critical time?
                                      This is with bill attachment.

                                        I've been chasing the vodafone customer care guys on chat email no one is helping me out. I'm not able to make outgoing calls since a month I need an answer. Why should I pay my bill for that month? I need this resolved please else cancel my connection.
                                        As soon as I click on call button the calls disconnected basically not connected at all. The only advice the representative who I finally got hold of had remove sim and insert again tried a 1000 times didn't work either selected network manually no results.
