I am on a combo 399 + 199 data unlimited plan on vodafone. First they don't let me change my plan, I tried changing it thru their app bit it failed and on top of that they removed my existing unlimited data plan. Please note these has been no information, not even an sms stating that my data plan is being removed. Just for information, my Internet usage is nore on the phone that is why I selected this unlimited plan. Since last 20 dadays I have been using my phone without unlimited Internet and now I got a call and a msg stating that my unbilled amount is Rs 5000. I think they are just making easy money. This is my plan, if II don't change my plan and if the company does it than they should bloody inform me. This is just a mere shame that this is happening from Vodafone. I been on Airtel for last 10 years, I had no problems, on vodafone the experience has been horrible. I called up their customer service but they refuse to help. They were smilingsmiling when I said that I will approach consumer forum. I request you to pls look into this so that atleast some other person does not gets strangled into all this Was this information helpful? |
