[Resolved] Vodafone India — Deactivation of features

I started getting charged for Itemized bill and voice mail service on the mobile phone. I called customer service and asked for deactivation in Dec 2014. This came up again in the Jan bill. Called again and asked for this to be deactivated. This has come up again in the Feb bill. This has been an extremely frustrating experience needing to call customer services each month on seeing the billing statement
