Vodafone India — Deactivation of Mobile numbers

I have requested through mails, calls and chats to Vodafone to deactivate my numbers. Also having the request number. Unnecessary Vodafone is irritating me and not deactivating my numbers as I had already informed them i am out of india.so they are doing this again again and sending me bills on mail every month

Thanks for that.
Still getting the same useless mails that we tried to call you, as already mailed and informed that i am out of india.
they dont want to solve the issue of customer. they are just enjoying it like a game with same mail again and again
