Hi My name is Neeraj Kumar Singh, I have given a request to port out both my number [protected] and [protected]. Instead of porting out they have deactivated my number [protected]. I had to call up customer care time and again but was of no use. Is this a new technique by vodafone from stopping customer to migrate to other service provider. To prevent us to port out to Airtel, Vodafone deactivated my number. When I told customer care to activate it, they showed me Vodafone store. Without any fault I have to run behind them.
