Vodafone is giving worst customer service. I recharged my number for Rs. 251 3G net pack on 31st December 2014 but I got only recharge msg but not activation msg. So I called customer care and they said ur previous net pack of Rs.147 is still active so once it's done .your net pack of 251 will get activited on 10 Jan 2015..I called again to customer care on 14th Jan and spoke with customer executive Sunil n he said ur net pack will get active within 17th Jan 6pm..but still it's not...so again I called on 19th Jan spoke with 5 customer executives but everybody put on hold n cut the call...and the last person whom I spoke was the worst executive named mruthunjaya bangalore...he was rash and he answered me u already used ur net pack...and once the call is disconnected from him I'm not able to contact customer care everytime it says me "unable to process your request".
I posted the above issue in CONSUMER COURT INDIA and i got from a person on behalf of Vodafone and he apologized for issue and said me that he will revert me a balance of Rs.125 in a week and yes i got balance of rs.125 and i went to a Vodafone Store in GandhiBazar in Bangalore and asked to change my balance for net pack 2G Rs.125(550mb) 18 days.They said its done and net pack will activate in 4 hours, but after 4 hrs my sim itself got deactivated, no service is provided to my sim.
I asked for a new sim with same Number, but Vodafone store people are refusing to give me the sim with same number.
I am using the number from 6yrs, I want the sim with number - [protected] to be activated.
