Vodafone India — deduction of balance without proper reason

Myself RAMKRISHNA. My no is [protected](voda). Yesterday[protected] Rs. 29 is deducted from my no. I asked the reason from customer care, they told me that II have downloaded something, though I had data balance in my no. So how it is possible?
