Vodafone India — Deduction on calling a number from which missed call received

On 11.03.2015, I received missed call at 12.22 am but due to sleep I can't attended it. I called on that no. at 03.20 PM and Rs. 60/- were deducted as I disconnected the phone in 23 seconds because a lady was talking vulgarly from other sied. No. was +[protected].
