Vodafone India — Disconnection without intimation, constantly harassment

Since, I take the connection from vodafone, they are seriously harrased me mentally and harrased,
every month they barred my outgoing calls without intemation,
overcharged bills evry time
worst and pathetic behaviour of call center and vodafone store employees when contacting
they just want to deposit the money
