Vodafone India — Escalation regarding bill

Dear Team,

I am your valuable customer having 6 connections of vodafone. But this month I really got frustrated. As per mail received from vodafone I got notification from vodafone that I have used only 50% of the data allowance then why the charges calculated in my bill. I want reversal of this 499.71 Rs because I have not used any excess amount according to my plan. In last month my balance was 13 GB then why I will pay the charges? Kindly resolve the issue on pririty otherwise I will not pay any bill of my vodafone no's. Please deactivate all my numbers and stop offering siuch offers if you cant be on your commitments. If you are writing me any mail regarding the notification and alert atleast mention that you will charge for every email we are sending you
