This is shashank. I am currently in Dubai. I have taken vodafone i-roam pack which cost me Rs. 5999 per month plus Tax. I require my India no to be activated as I have regular business calls from my no.
Since my i-roam plan was getting expired, I had requested vodafone renew my international roaming pack on 3rd June. However, the same was not activated by vodafone, and after follow-up with them on the same they made the activation on 4th June in the afternoon.
To my surprise, VODAFONE charged Rs. 3043 extra in my account. Balance amount of Rs. Rs.14, 450 already paid on the day it was demanded. On my inquiry, the customer care official told me that this extra charge of Rs. 3043 is usage of mobile in between activation on 4th June.
I have sent several emails to vodafone with proof of email sent to them on 3rd for reactivation. But nobody is responding the email properly and I am getting same response everytime.
I am very upset with the system as they are penalizing the customers for the mistake done by vodafone.
It's been more than a week and I am getting same response.
